Contact Us — Win Aud
How to reach us
The quickest way to get in touch with our editorial team is the contact form at the bottom of this page. It drops straight into the shared inbox that our reviewers watch during the working week.
If your message relates to a specific page — an outdated bonus term, a broken link, something that reads unfair — please include the full URL. That saves us the time of searching the site and gets us to a reply faster. For general feedback a short paragraph is fine; we prefer plain text over screenshots.
What we cannot help with
We cannot access your Win Aud account, release a stuck withdrawal, lift a verification hold or credit a missing bonus. We are a review site; we have no operational link to the brand. Those matters all belong to Win Aud support, reachable from the Win Aud site.
We also cannot offer gambling advice, tipping services, strategy coaching or help you recover funds that were lost playing. If a message touches on problem gambling, we will point you to the resources on our responsible gaming page rather than respond directly.
Response time
Most editorial messages are answered within two to three business days. Our team sits in the Australian time zone and reads the inbox each weekday morning. Weekends and public holidays add to the queue.
We do read every message. If you have not heard back after a week, feel free to resend — occasionally mail from unfamiliar addresses lands in a spam folder and we would rather you nudge us than go unanswered.
Topics we answer
We respond quickly on four kinds of message. Corrections — a figure that has changed, a payment option that has been removed, a promo that has ended. Clarifications — questions about something we wrote that was not clear. Press and media enquiries. And editorial feedback, including requests to cover a specific angle we have not written about yet.
We also welcome messages from readers who have had unusual experiences at Win Aud, positive or negative, that might be worth including in a future update.
Form
The form below asks for your name, your email address and a short message. The email address is only used to reply to you and is not added to any mailing list.
If a form submission fails for any reason, the fallback is simple: use the mail link in the footer. Either method reaches the same inbox.
